Shipping Policy

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We process orders within two business days. The shipping times chosen at the checkout don’t include the processing time. Please note, we are currently experiencing a high volume of orders and there might be delays in our processing times.

Once your order is processed, it will be delivered within 2 to 9 days.

How does free shipping work?

Shipping is free for all orders of $40 and more. Free shipping delivery times are between 4 to 7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship within Canada and the United States. To place an order from Canada, please visit www.madegoodfoods.ca

Do you provide tracking information for orders?

Once we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number in it. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to display the status of your order.

Can I return my order or get a refund?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If you would like to submit a claim about your order, please contact us at info@madegoodfoods.com within 7 days of receiving your order, attaching a clear image of the box, as well as the barcode and batch number (next to the best before date on the box).
